Project 01
Transforming a historic 1900s office building into a stunning industrial salon is a delicate balance of preservation and innovation. This renovation honors the building’s architectural heritage by retaining key elements such as exposed brick, original wood beams and vintage storefront windows. These features are juxtaposed to sleek, modern touches - polished concrete floors, minimalist lighting and open-concept layouts - that enhance the industrial aesthetic. The result is a space that pays homage to its storied past while embracing a contemporary, sophisticated design ideal for a modern salon.
Project 02
In collaboration with an outside designer and builder, a stunning residential new-build home show casing a seamless blend of mid-century modern design was completed in 2021. The home features clean lines, large picture windows and an open floor plan that emphasizes indoor and outdoor living. With a nod to classic mid-century aesthetics, the house incorporates natural materials, minimalistic decor and functional spaces that prioritize both style and comfort. This collaboration resulted in a contemporary interpretation of timeless design offering a perfect balance of elegance and modern living.

The 1997 Bing Hu home was meticulously remodeled into a beautiful transitional contemporary residence, merging the best of traditional and modern design. The transformation focused on creating a warm, inviting atmosphere while introducing sleek lines, updated fixtures and open airy spaces. Neutral color palettes and natural materials were used to enhance the homes livability, making it both stylish and comfortable. The result is a sophisticated yet welcoming space that seamlessly blends classic charm with a contemporary flair, perfect for todays modern living.
